1) Ditch plastics in the kitchen

2) Ditch nonstick in the kitchen, use castiron

3) Gym + sunlight

4) Ditch seed oils, use tallow, avocado oil, and olive oil only.

I actually have 2-4 checked, but getting rid of plastic is hard when you have small kids (my oldest daughter is a glass crushing expert), but i keep hearing plastic is the devil’s preferred material. Time to ‘’lose’’ some of those plastic utensils without the wife knowing.

We have plastic plates for our baby! We just don't heat anything up in them. The rest of our dishes are glass and we have glass tupperware! Plastic is a major problem for men AND women. Soft plastics impact men more, and hard plastics impact women more. Look up Shanna Swan's work!

I wrote something in which I tried to get a handle on the cultural narrative being pushed toward women (especially young women): go out, take vacations, buy stuff, girlboss through the haters... etc. It's an advertisers dream but leads to a sterile and empty life and identities based solely upon clothing styles and music choices and Instagram photos. This was incredibly informative for me!
